I bought a $49.99 one-year plan yesterday. Then downloaded the app on my iPhone for speechify.

Is there a place where I can include my purchase information and get past the offers.

totally misrepresents the product and no way to contact for refund they never cancelled my three day trial , have no way to photo a bok and then charges you for the book

I explained that I wanted some ease si I order speecify I never used it. Doesn't work for me.

I downloaded this app and canceled my subscription prior to the cancellation date. My bank account was still charged the $199.99 I am unbelievably frustrated and disappointed in this company, they are not giving me a refund and I want to know why.

The app was downloaded for 4 days and canceled prior to end date! Never use this app, give it 0 stars.

I tried the free trial but did not set up an account and now I've been being charged for it. I would like my Visa credit card reimbursed for all my payments.

You charge me $148.39. No permission to tell you charge me. I dont know how to charge me this amount.

I cancelled speechify 1/ 2024, and it charged my credit card again 200.00 1/21/2025. There is no customer service number listed, and I have been sending messages via their sales form.

How is it conveniently no customer service number for refunds but list everything you need to sign up with them. This is stealing, and I want my 200.00 credited back on my card.

I downloaded the app it said free but when I tried to use it was what I thought so I deleted the app then I see charge for 150.00 I am looking to get a refund

I signed up for a Speechify trial. It didn't look like it worked and it didn't give me any verification.

I tried again and it went through and said I was set up. Then, I received my credit card bill and I was charged twice. I have emailed Speechify numerous times.

I've had to call my credit card company and now I'm going to have to file a dispute because no one will return my emails. No one will call me back from Speechify for something that could be resolved very quickly.

My college daughter signed up for the free trial, they told her they would tell her before the trial ended and she fell for it. They didn't.

She remembered a day later and even with cancelling, they charged $160. Shady??? for sure.and there are no contact numbers to call them.

Now that I'm involved, the reviews are crap. They may have a good product but there buisness model is horrible.

I would try out the 3-day trial. I was going to turn it off and buy it when I had the money, but it said I had to start a 3-day trial, so I just left the app.

Now, I got charged and it's still not letting me use anything. Please let me know what account I have and the password, or return my money.

Need a refund! I couldn't find the button to cancel the subscription.

I did not want to pay another fee for this app. The person who was using it is not living here anymore.

I purchased the app thru Apple, who charged me for the app. Then 2 days later, Speechify charged me again!

I reached out to Speechify to request a refund for the double charge and they canceled my account access. Apple refunded me for their charge but Soeechify did not and they canceled my app access.
